How to Contact Us

If you are interested in purchasing a piece, or have any question, please use our contact form. Unfortunately Instagram messages are not always seen and we can miss opportunities. Even if it is not about an order, questions are better asked here.
if you want to place an appointment order, or if you want to get more information about a possible order, please provide as much of the following information as possible.

-the date or timeframe you need the piece in,

-your budget,

-your wishes regarding the design.

If you do not have a specific date, budget or design it is still possible to commission a garment, however any requests and requirements that exist should be stated directly.

What Does The Ordering Process Look Like

After we received your information and you want to order a garment, we work together to desgin the piece. Everything is possible, a completely new design, something you saw online and adored how it already is, or with different colors, details or fabric, the options are unlimited.

Once we have desided on a design, you recieve a contract. The contract states the design, the timeframe of the project and your chosen method of payment.

Now we can get started on your garment!

How Does The Fitting Process Work

All of our fitting is done through mail. After you place an order, you will recieve a list of measurements that are required for the pattern. With the list comes instructions on how to take the measurement, both written out and as a video tutorial. if you find yourself having any trouble. please reach out and we will walk you through the process.
Your specific measurements will then be used to make a custom pattern for your order and this will be used to make a test version or a muslin, which will be sent to you via mail to try on. You will try on the muslin which comes with instructions on the process and take pictures as well as a video call to go over specifics of fit. Then the muslin is sent back to us.

Based on how the muslin fit, we will alter the pattern until it fits perfectly. The garment is then made using the altered pattern.

How Do You Price Your Garments

It is very difficult to give a price range because custom garments vary depending on a multitude of factor, such as cost of materials and how much time it takes to make a piece.

 A new design and pattern takes longer to draft than adapting a previous pattern to new measurements. Finding new fabric takes longer than using materials which we have in stock, and certain materials, such as silk or wool, cost more to source. These and many other things factor into the price so it is best to inquire with a specific budget in mind for your idea or wishes.

Having a price range you are comfortable with is very helpful because we can work our a great deal together to create something that you are happy wit.

How Does The Payment Work

Almost all orders are paid in installment. Because creating a unique garment takes time, these can be spread across this period. However the piece must be paid in full before it is shipped to you. Before starting a project a commission must be paid, this secures your spot in the schedule, even if you do not need the garment for a while. How the rest of the the installments are scheduled is then negotiated with the individual client.
